General conditions.
For the confirmation of the stay, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required in the case of a refundable booking also of a deposit equal to 100% of the cost of the reservation in case of non-refundable rate. The amount is automatically calculated at the time of booking and can be paid by credit / debit card or by bank transfer.
Children up to 2 years of age are non-paying guests and children of 3 years and older are considered adults at this property.
Taxes and service costs: 10% VAT is included.
Tourist tax of 2 euro per night per person for adults over 12 years is excluded.
